Then we have an entrance that leads to the independent kitchen, which includes a separate laundry room, which provides you with more space and comfort. We go to a very spacious living room with lots of light, with direct access to the covered terrace, with impressive views of the entire bay, where you can relax having a drink, talking, reading, while you watch the sea. And on that same terrace you have stairs that take you to a Solarium, where you can spend time lying down, relaxing, while you observe the incredible views of the sea. It is followed by 3 bedrooms with quite large built-in wardrobes, one of them with an en-suite bathroom for greater comfort and privacy. In addition, the house has centralized air conditioning in all rooms. The house has a very comfortable covered garage. And of course with a community pool to take a good bath or sunbathe. The urbanization is located in a very quiet area, without noise, to enjoy greater tranquility.
