Occupying 14 hectares of cork oak forest, used for production, this beautiful finca was once a fully operational wine grove. It now includes a diverse selection of fruit trees, such as grapevines, olives, avocados, figs, lemons, pears, mangos, and oranges, to name a few. Wild olive and pine trees are abundant in the mountainous terrain and a river that flows through the property provides natural spring water.
Over the years the owners have invested in restoring a project of 3 self contained cottages built with hand-worked materials and the utmost attention to detail. Further comprising, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and log fire oven, guest cloakroom, lounge with feature fireplace and access to a roof terrace area with additional space for dining and relaxing while taking in the fabulous mountainous views. An open kitchen room connects to the dining area, and there is a lounge area with a fireplace. The third cottage is a self-contained one-bedroom guest house with a handcrafted wood mezzanine bed, shower room, kitchenette, and lounge with fireplace. All three properties have extraordinary architectural details and feature wooden beams throughout, as well as air-conditioning in the bedrooms and internet access via satellite.
