The style is comfortable and modern with Spanish details. There is a spacious living, an open-plan
kitchen, a double bedroom with built-in closets, direct access to its own pool and a bathroom with
shower. Just like villa the main house, the guest house has air conditioning and central heating in all
rooms.

Two private swimming pools
Both houses have their own pool. So you can pick the one you like best! The pool of the main house
(9x5m) lies between palm trees and fruit trees in a large garden with lots of grass. It can be heated by
solar energy. Close to the pool of the mail house there is a large jacuzzi of 4x2m.
The pool of the guest house (6x6m) lies in the garden, which is completely walled-in. From the raised
patio you have a lovely view over the pool, the orchard and the sloping hills in the distance.
In the evening both pools and gardens can be illuminated. During the sultry summer evenings there
is nothing greater than having a swim in an illuminated pool!

Hotel in Júzcar – 10 bedrooms – 10 baths

The Bandolero Restaurant and Hotel is located in the only Blue village in Spain, having been used by Sony Pictures for the movies about the SMURFS!
The village is 30mins from Ronda, 50mins from the Coast and 1.5 hours from Malaga airport.
The village is in the Valle de Genal in the spectacular Sierra de Ronda and is surrounded by four National Parks. The area is popular with the tourist trade and offers the ideal location for hiking, biking, bird watching, photography, painting and many other outdoor activities. The guest accommodation consists of eight spacious double bedrooms including two suites. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, woo burning stoves and terraces with views over the village to the surrounding countryside.
The property was built in 2001 and is constructed on three floors with an interior of 1171 m2. The building is accessed through a small external vine covered patio. On the ground floor is a bar, lounge, three large salons and a fully equipped kitchen with walk in freezer and fridge.
On the first floor are three guest bedrooms plus the owners two bedroom apartment. There is also another large area which is currently used as storage but which could easily be converted into more bedrooms or used as a gymnasium, art gallery or events room. The remaining five bedrooms are to be found on the top floor.
Outside is a charming sunny patio with swimming pool plus a small vegetable garden. The current owners who have had the property since 2004 have created a hugely successful restaurant and hotel business in a unique area.
